Vittoria Salerno 1/06/2011: A shopping experience where i received poor customer service was at a local clothing store. The employees did not approach any of the customers, nor did they greet them as customers walked into the store. I asked for some assistance and the lady just pointed in the direction of the item rather than showing me herself and helping me with getting the item down from a high shelf. I will not be purchasing anything from that company again after receiving poor customer service and not even being acknowledged as a customer.

I received good customer service at a local phone store. They helped me pick out the most suitable mobile for me and also helped me pick out a plan that i would benefit from. There customer service definitely showed that they acknowledge every single customer that walks through their door and that they have the time for everyone's questions. I felt as though all my questions were answered and approached.
